SPMs or Special Purpose Machines offer tremendous scope for high volume production at low investment and at low cost of production when compared to CNC machines. SPM, Special Purpose Machines is a high productivity machine, with specially designed tooling and fixture, dedicated for mass producing the same component day in and day out. A judicious combination of limit switches, sensors, logic controls, automatic job clamping etc is the essence of a SPM. A well-conceived Special Purpose Machine finds ways and means to utilize the man and machine to the optimum. With our industry experience and knowledge, we analyse client’s requirements and advice them on the appropriate machine design that suits best for them. Thereafter we conceptualise, design and manufacture different types of special purpose machines – both for the assembly line as well as for industrial innovative processes.
We manufacture new motor mounting brackets, redesign tool and job fixtures for machining centers, complete designing and supply of required electrical panel, complete PLC design and machine prove out. We build a wide range from simple lathe machines, CNC special purpose machines with auto loader mechanisms, HMCs and VMCs, CNC grinder, CNC jig boring machines, and gear hobbers. In order to ensure the quality of the product, the entire product is tested on well-defined parameters before handing over to the client. We also provide contractual maintenance as part of our machine-building package or alternatively training for workers handling the machine.
